Common questions

I lost my progress / it's gone after reinstall

The game saves locally on your device. Reinstalling, switching devices, or clearing app data will erase your save. iCloud's per-app backup will preserve your save when you reinstall on the same device — make sure iCloud Backup is enabled in iOS Settings.

Do I need to watch ads?

No. The only ads are optional, rewarded ones — watch a 30-second clip to revive after death, or to double your gem reward at the end of a stage. Ads never block progress and there are no banners or interstitials.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the in-game shop and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom. Your unlocked packs and removed-ads should reappear within a few seconds.

The game is too hard / too easy

Spend gems in the Workshop on permanent boosts (damage, crit, escape window, revives) — that's the meta progression curve. We tune the campaign so a determined player can clear all 60 stages on their first month with reasonable upgrades. If a specific stage feels broken, please email us with the stage number.

I found a bug

Will Bouncr come to Android?

Yes — Android is in the works. If you want to be a beta tester, drop us a line.
