Common Questions

I lost my progress. Bouncr stores progress locally on your device. Reinstalling, switching devices, or clearing app data will reset progress. Use iCloud backup to preserve saves between reinstalls on the same device.

Are ads required? No. Rewarded ads (revive on death, double gems on stage clear) are fully optional and never block progress.

How do I restore purchases? Open the in-game shop and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.
